Inspection Services

These Terms cover your use of the Site only. Every inspection we perform is governed by a separate pre-inspection agreement that you review and sign before the inspection takes place. That signed agreement sets out the scope of the inspection, fees, and the responsibilities of each party. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed pre-inspection agreement, the agreement controls for the services it covers.
